You need to have the Zune PC app installed on your PC.
To download and install Zune, or to learn more about Zune, go to www.zune.net. You may need to restart your computer, and you may need to install additional software.
Depending on what you need to install, this may take a while.
When you have installed Zune, use a compatible data cable to connect your phone to your PC. On your computer, open Zune, and follow the displayed instructions.
If you’re using an Apple Mac, download Windows Phone 7 Connector for Mac from Mac App Store.
