>> Access Point Name >> Create New APN
and put the below Info as written:
Profile Name: tricksguru
APN: Portalnmms
Proxy: 10.10.1.100
Port: 8799 OR 9401
Homepage: http://www.google.co.in
Note: This trick is for 3G Phones, not for PC
